Ian Goninon - Director/Account Manager

Ian is one of the founders of Bugg Goninon Insurance Brokers and is the current owner. He has over 28 years experience in the insurance industry.  Outside of Bugg Goninon Ian spends his time serving on many local clubs and committees including the local council.

Dane Goninon - Responsible Manager/Account Manager

At Bugg Goninon he works as an Account Manager for existing clients, takes on new business clients and is a Responsible Manager for the company.  In his spare time Dane enjoys doing home improvements. He currently holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a Certified Insurance Broker (CIB).

Ian Reeve - Account Manager

Ian works as one of our Account Managers and is also a new business liaison.  In his spare time he loves playing music, reading, digital photography and playing golf. He brings a wealth of experience to Bugg Goninon and has a Diploma in Financial Services.

Graeme Jones - Account Manager

Graeme works at Bugg Goninon as an Account Manager servicing a large variety of clients from offices to forestry.  In his spare time he enjoys renovating houses, playing with his pet Jack Russell's and reading.  He is currently a Senior Associate Certified Insurance Professional and a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker.

Tina Goninon - Compliance Officer

When at Bugg Goninon Tina is responsible for a wide array of tasks including personal/business insurance, management, human resources and compliance.  Tina loves spending time with her children, scrap-booking and resting whenever she has the chance. She holds a Diploma in Financial Services and is a Senior Associate Certified Insurance Professional.

Mark Webster - New Business Manager

Mark works as a New Business Manager. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Bugg Goninon team. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family and playing board games.

Cindy Barker - Workers Compensation Claims Specialist

Cindy works at Bugg Goninon as a Workers Compensation Claims Manager and has a Diploma in Human Resources. In her spare time Cindy enjoys walking, socialising with friends and going to the beach.  Cindy is currently studying a diploma of OH&S.

Lorinda Burr - Personal Assistant/Account Manager

Lorinda works at Bugg Goninon as a Personal Assistant and Account Manager. She holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is an Affiliate of the Australian Insurance Institute.  In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family on fishing and camping trips.

Peter Stewart - Account Manager

Peter manages our Smithton Office and services various clients in the region.  Peter brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry to his position as Account Manager.    In his spare time he enjoys playing sports and taking leisurely walks with his wife.

 Craig Bellinger - Claims Manager

Craig has joined our Bugg Goninon team in the general claims department after a long career working in the legal profession in Launceston. His goal is to ensure that your claims are processed within the minimum time frame. In his spare time Craig likes to play golf, enoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Dale Staal - Business Unit Manager

At Bugg Goninon Dale works within the Business Unit and supporting a variety of clients. In her spare time she loves spending time tending to the animals on her small farm.  She currently holds a Certificate 3 in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is working towards a Diploma.

Dianne Woodland - Personal Assistant

Dianne works for Bugg Goninon as a Personal Assistant to some of our Account Managers. She holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking). In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, playing guitar and going to the beach.

Daniel Kosta - Business Unit Manager

At Bugg Goninon Daniel works supporting the account managers and within the Business Unit. He likes watching movies, playing drums and gaming. At the moment he holds a Certificate 3 (Insurance Broking) and is working towards his diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

Alexis Smith - Personal Assistant

Alexis works at Bugg Goninon as a Personal Assistant to some of our account managers. She enjoys playing music, being an artist and spending time with her family.  Alexis has had over 10 years within the insurance industry and currently holds a Certificate IV in General Insurance.

Nicole Ford - Personal Assistant

At Bugg Goninon, Nicole is personal assistant to Lorinda Burr.  Outside of work Nicole enjoys playing music whenever she can find a spare moment. She currently holds a Certificate 3 in Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

Zoe Duniam - Business Unit Assistant/Receptionist

Zoe works within the Business Unit as well as assisting with reception when needed. In her spare time she loves to go four-wheel driving or swimming with her partner in Tasmania’s North East.  She holds a Certificate 2 in Business and is currently studying a Certificate 3 in Financial Services.

Lauren Maple - Receptionist

Lauren works as a receptionist and doing administration tasks for the whole office. In her spare time she loves training and showing her miniature horses as well as horseback riding and spending time with family and friends.

Rory Mansell - Personal Assistant

Rory joins Bugg Goninon with a background in the Financial Service industry and is currently working towards his Diploma of Financial Services.  Rory loves keeping active through playing football, running and spending time with friends.  At Bugg Goninon Rory works as a personal assistant to some of our account managers.

Nick Hutchinson - Personal Assistant

At Bugg Goninon he works as a personal assistant and assists with HR, managing sponsorships, marketing and special projects. He enjoys meeting people, playing musical instruments and spending time with family and friends.  He holds a Cert IV in Business Management and is working towards an MBA through the University of Tasmania.

Kristy O'Neill - Receptionist

Kristy works as our receptionist.  She joins Bugg Goninon with 5 years experience as a receptionist and holds a Cert III in Business Operations.  Kristy enjoys walking her dog, and time spent with her friends and family.

Bart McCulloch - Personal Assistant

Bart has joined the Bugg Goninon team after returning to Tasmania, having lived in Brisbane for the last 3 Years. Bart is currently studying Bachelor of Business through RMIT University. He enjoys keeping fit and playing football, and likes to spend time with his friends on the weekend.
